At the ranch, we completely believe that God designed canines to be reflections of his unwavering love and forgiveness. Our dogs have helped us to heal, to love, to be light-hearted, joyful, and comforted. They also fill our hearts with warmth as they are always delighted to see us, spend time with us, and keep no record of wrongs.The four-legged furballs also have an innate ability to therapeutically relieve anxiety and depression. All these characteristics are just a small part of God's great design for them. 

 

Because of these traits, Firefly Fields will always use dogs to help mentor and love the adults and children that visit us. We have primarily chosen golden retrievers because of their strong reputation for being sociable, family dogs. Ours are nothing but that. They are also very  intuitive to people's needs and emotions, always carrying with them a strong desire to please.
