We are looking for individuals who would like to “Be the Light for Those in Need”!
We are seeking folks who would like to:
•Foster horses or potentially other animals in need under us. All foster costs would be considered tax deductible. We’ve had a TON of inquiries on horses ISO new homes, but with limited space and manpower, we can only help so much.
•Serve as a mentor to disadvantaged children in a 90 minute session
•Volunteers who would like to serve in the following areas:
• Events & fundraiser planning
• Grant writing and donation seeking
• Herd management
• Landscape management
• Feeding/chores
• Grooming and exercising of animals
• Fostering animals
• Training horses and dogs for therapy and service use
• Special projects
• Farm maintenance
• Advisory team
We will have more volunteer positions available this summer; but these would be great opportunities for students looking for community service hours, possible internships, or those looking to get their foot in the door now.
Don’t have time to physically help out? Please consider giving. As a nonprofit, we have a TON of needs, and completely operate on the general public’s support. We have wishlists on our website and Amazon Prime for items that we are currently seeking.
